International/Off Shore orders:

ORDERS WITH A PRODUCT VALUE OF BELOW 150 EURO POSTED TO A DOMESTIC ADDRESS IN EUROPE: 

Zebedee is pleased to announce that as of 20th February 2022, we are now able to ship to private customers in Europe as part of the IOSS vat scheme.  This means that orders with the product value of  150 euro and below, will have the destination VAT applied for, and collected at checkout.  This greatly simplifies the customs process, and basically puts your order in the green, nothing to declare, customs channel  (as long as delivery is to a domestic address and not a work address – see below).  It is very important though, that you follow the tracking and inform us of any issue – we will help where we can!  We cannot refund your postage either way if your order comes back to us because the delivery driver couldn’t reach you..  

ORDERS WITH A PRODUCT VALUE OF ABOVE 150 EURO, POSTED TO A DOMESTIC ADDRESS IN EUROPE:

Please note your order DOES NOT include customs duty, customs admin, or your destination vat.  You will be contacted by your Customs collection people, for the payment of import duty.  Your item is 20% cheaper than prior to Brexit as our vat is no longer applied.  Please, please look out for contact from your customs, and follow your tracking information and inform us of any issue!  We will help where we can .  We are not able to help if you pay your customs, and the courier can’t get you in order to deliver and returns your order to us!  Nor can we resend without additional costs, should they not be able to reach you, for the payment of  customs duty. We cannot, I’m afraid, refund your postage should your order be returned to us.  

BUSINESS SALES TO EUROPE:

Please note:  Both points above are only for private customers.  Deliveries to a business  or business address will make you ineligible for the above, and orders to a business address can’t be taken without an EORI number for the business destination address.  The collection of an EORI number, means the import duty is payable by the business connected to it.  

Rest of world orders:

Your checkout total does not include import duty or custom charges.  Please check on your Government website prior to ordering for possible import duty charges.  Your order does not include  our vat. Again, please, please follow the tracking.  We will help where we can but we cannot refund postal charges for returns.  

All orders are dispatched from the Lincolnshire coast in the U.K.  We process all orders first thing in the morning on all working days and generally dispatch the same day for orders placed before 11 am. All orders placed after 11 am on Friday and on the weekend, will be processed on Monday.  Next day delivery, by prior arrangement.

Please notify us of none delivery:

  • For U.K orders, within 3-5 working days, following dispatch.
  • For European orders, within 3-5  working days, following dispatch.
  • For ROW orders, within 5-7 working days, following dispatch.

Courier charges are worked out without obligation, at checkout, once you input your location.

Safe Place deliveries:  Safe place deliveries are at the discretion of the Courier and at the sole risk of the customer.

We offer the following delivery options:

U.K  Orders

All orders to the United Kingdom are generally shipped within 48 hours, using DPD fully tracked 24 hour service.  This delivery service is tracked and you should receive an email with the tracking information upon dispatch.  This service will take around 2-5 working days for your order to arrive.  We reserve the right to use alternative couriers depending on parcel destination. Customer preferences will be considered depending on cost.

Channel Isles, E.U and ROW Orders

International orders – please see above.

All international orders prices are at a discounted rate, and the courier depends on parcel destination.   Generally it is by DPD, and the  services used are usually tracked and generally take around 3-7  working days.

In those rare cases where we cannot use a tracked service, we aim to find the next best solution and keep you closely informed along the way.
