We are confident that you will love Zebedee as much as we do. If not, please contact us to arrange a return and full refund within 28 days of receipt.
Zebedee comes with a 2 year guarantee, against product faults*. Please email in the first instance, with photos of the rail fitted and a description of any fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Next to our Guarantee, there are of course other possibilities why you might want to return your order.
For example, if you would like to cancel your order. You can cancel your order prior to dispatch, by contacting us on +44 (0)1472 351534, or via email email@example.com If you do indeed decide to cancel the order after the products have been dispatched, it will be your duty to ensure the products are received by us undamaged and unused.
In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or your products are damaged in transit, please make sure to notify us within 10 days of receipt of the order. It’s important that you inspect your order on delivery, because we’ll ask you to sign a form confirming that it’s in good condition. If you’re not happy, let our delivery partner know, or note this on the form and contact us.
Our quality team checks your order to make sure it’s up to the very best standards before we send it to you. But if we’ve missed something or sent you the wrong thing, just let us know within 14 days. It really helps if you send us a few photos of the damage or any other issues.
Our team will assess your complaint and let you know how to return the item. We’ll either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
Don’t feel like the products is for you? Just return it to us in the same condition as received, same packaging, and in a reasonable time frame. Once it gets back to us, we’ll refund you (minus your initial delivery charge).
If you need to return an item because it’s faulty, or because of something we’ve done wrong, we will refund your return postage cost or arrange a collection. But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the return courier costs.
If you return your whole order, we’ll give you a full refund, including what you paid for delivery, minus the returns or collection fee.
If you only return some of your order, we’ll refund for those items and their delivery, minus the returns or collection fee.
