Shipping & Delivery

We happily ship to most of Europe and Canada on a CIP basis (carriage and insurance paid) - please see below.

Due to the complexity of booking shipping of applied tariffs, USA orders are NOW shipped on a DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid). Tariff costs, import duty and courier custom charges are included in the postage amount quoted.
UK Orders
  • Free Mainland U.K 24/48 Hour Shipping
  • VAT is included.
  • All orders to the United Kingdom are generally shipped within 48 hours, using DPD fully tracked 24 hour service.  This delivery service is tracked and you should receive an email with the tracking information upon dispatch.  This service will take around 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.  We reserve the right to use alternative couriers depending on parcel destination. Customer preferences will be considered depending on cost.
  • Please notify us of delivery within 3-5 working days following dispatch notification.
    • EU Orders
    As of 25/07/2023 We no longer utilise the IOSS vat scheme on our website, therefore VAT is not included in the checkout prices : 

  • Please note your order is CIP* and DOES NOT include any customs duty, customs admin, or your destination vat.
  • Orders to a Domestic address in Europe  DO NOT include destination VAT, IMPORT DUTY, OR CUSTOM FEES AND ARE SENT FROM THE  U.K

    You will be contacted by your Customs collection people, for the payment of import duty.  Please, please look out for contact from your customs, and follow your tracking information and inform us of any issue within 3-5 days of dispatch!  We will help where we can.

  • We cannot resend without additional postage costs, should they not be able to reach you, for the payment of  customs duty. We cannot, I’m afraid, refund your postage should your order be returned to us.
  • We are unable to help with customs duty refunds should it be paid and then your order not delivered due to address issues.
  • Please notify us of none delivery within 5-7  working days, following dispatch.
    • Business Sales to Europe
  • Above are only for B2C customers.  Deliveries to a business  or business address will make you ineligible for the above, and orders to a business address can’t be taken without an EORI number for the business destination address.  The collection of an EORI number, means the import duty is payable by the business connected to it.
  • Please notify us of none delivery within 5-7 working days, following dispatch.
    • Channel Islands & Rest of the World Orders
  • Your order is sent CIP*   Checkout total does not include any necessary formalities such as GST, VAT , import duty or custom charges.  Please check on your Government website prior to ordering for possible import duty charges.  Again, please, please follow the tracking.  We will help where we can but we cannot refund postal charges for returns.
  • Please notify us of none delivery within 5- 7  working days, following dispatch.
    • Delivery Times & Conditions
    All orders are dispatched from the Lincolnshire coast in the U.K.  We process all orders first thing in the morning on all working days and generally dispatch the same day for orders placed before 11 am. All orders placed after 11 am on Friday and on the weekend, will be processed on Monday.  Next day delivery, by prior arrangement.

    Courier charges are worked out without obligation, at checkout, once you input your location.

    In those rare cases where we cannot use a tracked service, we aim to find the next best solution and keep you closely informed along the way.
    Safe Place deliveries:  Safe place deliveries are at the discretion of the Courier and at the sole risk of the customer.
    Germany – Verpackungsgesetz (Lucid Packaging Register)
    In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany.  The packaging act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap)

    My company, Zebedee Any Angle Ltd, is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister ( Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register -ZSVR) with the registration number DE3728781197632.  My Duel system licensing partner for the collecting, sorting and recycling of packaging is Recycling Dual.
    *CIP – Courier and Insurance Paid:
    For ROW exports, we, as the Seller are responsible for the courier and insurance cost to the destination address.  We do not:

  • Undertake all the necessary formalities in the buyer’s country, e.g. paying GST or VAT or customs duties.

    Except in the case of IOSS purchases of under 150 euro to European destinations as described above, when VAT is included as well as courier fees and insurance.
